1. BRI Virtual Account

Information:
  • Payment can be done via ATM BRI, Mobile Banking BRI, Internet Banking BRI, and Bank BRI Teller
  • The maximum payment limit is Rp 50,000,000,000

A. ATM BRI
  1. Insert your BRI Debit Card and enter your PIN
  2. Select Other Transaction > Other > Payment > Other > BRIVA
  3. Input 15 digits of the Virtual Account number as given on Bizzy.co.id payment page, then click “Correct”
  4. On the confirmation page, make sure the payment details match with the BRIVA Number, Seller’s Name, and Total Payment, then select “Yes”
  5. The transaction is successful
B. Mobile Banking BRI
  1. Open Mobile Banking BRI app 
  2. Log in to Mobile Banking
  3. Select Payment > BRIVA
  4. Input 15 digits of the Virtual Account number as given on Bizzy.co.id payment page
  5. On the confirmation page, make sure the payment details match with the BRIVA Number, Seller’s Name, and Total Payment, then select “Yes”
  6. Enter your PIN
  7. The transaction is successful
C. Internet Banking BRI
  1. Login to the Internet Banking BRI website (https://ib.bri.co.id/ib-bri/Login.html) 
  2. Select Payment > BRIVA
  3. Select buyer’s account
  4. On the payment code column, input 16 digits of the Virtual Account number as given on Bizzy.co.id payment page
  5. On the confirmation page, make sure the payment details match with the BRIVA Number, Customer’s Name, and Total Payment
  6. Input your password and Mtoken
  7. The transaction is successful
D. Cash Deposit via Bank BRI Bank BRI Office Teller 
  1. Complete Bank BRI cash deposit form with the following details:
    • a. Input 15 digits of the Virtual Account number as given on Bizzy.co.id payment page
    • b. Enter account name as the Seller’s name
    • c. Input the amount billed
  2. Bring the cash deposit form to the teller and pay as billed. 
2. Mandiri Virtual Account

Information:
  • Payment can be done via ATM Bank Mandiri, Mandiri Internet Banking, Mandiri Online dand Bank Mandiri Teller
  • The maximum payment limit is Rp 50,000,000,000

A. ATM Mandiri
  1. Insert ATM card and PIN 
  2. Select “PAY/BUY”
  3. Select “MULTI PATMENT”
  4. Enter company code: “88908” (Xendit 88908), then press “CORRECT” 
  5. Input the Virtual Account number as given on Bizzy.co.id payment page, then press “CORRECT
  6. Input number “1” to choose the payment, then press “YES
  7. Payment confirmation will be displayed, then select “YES

B. Mandiri Internet Banking
  1. Go to Mandiri Internet Banking website: https://ibank.bankmandiri.co.id/retail3/
  2. Login with your USER ID and PIN.
  3. Select “Payment”

  9. Input “Nominal” then select “Confirmation”

D. Cash Deposit via Bank Mandiri Teller Office
  1. Complete Bank BRI cash deposit form with the following details:

    • b. Enter your company’s bank account name

3. BNI Virtual Account

  1. Insert your ATM Card and enter your PIN

  3. Select “Transfer” 
  4. Select “OTHER TRANSACTION”
  5. Select to “BNI ACCOUNT”

  7. On the confirmation page, make sure the payment details match with the BNI VA Number, Seller’s Name, and Total Payment, then press “YES”

B. iBank Personal
  1. Go to https://ibank.bni.co.id  
  2. Login with your BNI Internet Banking account 
  3. Select “Transaction” 
  4. Select “TRANSFER ADMINISTRATION & INFO” 
  5. Select “SET DESTINATION ACCOUNT” 
  6. Add a destination account, then click “OK” 
  7. Input 16 digits of the Virtual Account number as given on Bizzy.co.id payment page, then click “CONTINUE
  8. Confirmation details will appear, if the details are correct, enter the 8 digit number generated from APPLI 2 on your BNI token, then click “PROCESS”
  9. Destination account is successfully added
  10. Select “TRANSFER” 
  11. Select “Transfer to BNI account” 
  12. Complete all the account data of the recipient, then click “CONTINUE

C. Mobile Banking
  1. Access BNI Mobile Banking from your smartphones then enter user ID and password.
  2. Select “TRANSFER” menu 
  3. Select “WITHIN BANK” 
  4. Fill in the field “DEBIT ACCOUNT” then click “TO ACCOUNT” 
  5. Select menu “AD HOC BENEFICIARY” 
  6. Complete the data by filling in: 
  7. NICKNAME, VIRTUAL ACCOUNT NUMBER, AND BENEFICIARY EMAIL ADDRESS  
  8. Confirmation will appear then click “CONTINUE”

  • Payment can be done via ATM BCA, m-BCA, KlikBCA Individual, KlikBCA Bisnis, Teller BCA
  • The maximum payment is Rp 9,999,999,999 for the payment via ATM BCA, and Rp 50,000,000,000 for the payment via other BCA’s Bank Channel 
  • Free administration fee 
A. ATM BCA
  1. Insert ATM Card and enter PIN 
  2. Select Other Transaction > Transfer > To BCA Virtual Account
  3. Input 16 digits of the Virtual Account number as given on Bizzy.co.id payment page
  4. On the confirmation page, make sure the payment details match with the BCA VA Number, Seller’s Name, and Total Payment, then press “YES”

B. Mobile Banking BCA (m-BCA)

  5. Make sure Seller’s name and Total Amount are correct
  6. If correct, click “Continue”

D. KlikBCA Bisnis

  • The maximum payment limit is Rp 999,999,999
  • Free administration fee 
A. ATM Permata Bank
  1. Insert ATM card dan enter PIN 
  2. Select Other Transaction > Payment > Other Payment > Virtual Account 
  3. Input 16 digits of the Virtual Account number as given on Bizzy.co.id payment page
  4. On the confirmation page, make sure the payment details match, such as Permata Bank VA, Vendor Name and payment amount, then choose “Correct”
  5. Transaction is successful.
B. PermataNet
  1. Login
  2. Select Payment
  3. Select Bill Payment 
  4. Select Virtual Account
  5. Input 16 digits of the Virtual Account number as given on Bizzy.co.id payment page, then click “Ok”
  6. Make sure seller’s name and Payment amount are correct.
  7. Input response code sent to your mobile phone, then click “Ok”
  8. Transaction is successful.
C. Permata Banking
  1. Login to Permata Mobile
  2. Select Bill Payment
  3. Select Virtual Account
  4. Input 16 digits of the Virtual Account number as given on Bizzy.co.id payment page, then click confirm 
  5. Make sure seller’s name and Payment amount are correct, then click “Ok”
  6. Input response code sent to your mobile phone
  7. Transaction is successful.
D. Cash deposit via Permata Bank Office Teller
  1. Complete Permata Bank cash deposit form with the following details:
    • a. Input 16 digits of the Virtual Account number as given on bizzy.co.id payment page
    • b. Input account name as the Seller’s name
    • c. Input the amount billed
  2. Bring the cash deposit form to the teller and pay as billed.
6. Other Bank 

Information:
  • Payment can be done from all ATM branches, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking in Indonesia
  • The maximum payment limit is Rp 50,000,000,000
  • Administration fee will be charged by the bank of your account as sender

  1. Select “Transfer to other bank” or “Transfer online to other bank”. 
  2. Select the bank code BNI (009) or select the destination bank, BNI. 
  3. Input 15 digits of the Virtual Account number as given on Bizzy.co.id payment page on the destination account column

FAQ

What are the steps that I should take when I want to make a payment?

  1. After you click Add To Cart, your order list will appear which is separated based on the Vendor, for example:
  2. Select the available bank on the Payment Methods menu (BRI, Bank Mandiri, BNI, BCA, Permata Ban, and Other Bank).
  3. Follow the instructions we provide for each of the payment options.
  4. Then click Finish.
  5. You will receive an email notification of the order along with the payment method chosen.
Is there a minimum or maximum purchase for the available payment methods?

There is no minimum. The maximum limit depends on the Virtual Account you choose

How long is the payment deadline or time limit?

We provide a time limit of 1x24 hours. If you pass the time limit, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Do I have to conduct a confirmation after making the payment?

After payment has been done, you do not need to conduct a confirmation of your payment because our system is integrated. You will get a notification via email “Payment is successful for < Your Payment Number >” and automatically, your order will be forwarded to the Seller

How long does the payment verification process take?

For payment methods through Virtual Account, verification will be automatic when the payment is complete.

Can I make a payment via bank transfer from outside of Indonesia?

Currently, Bizzy.co.id does not accept bank transfer payments from outside of Indonesia or debit and credit cards issued outside of Indonesia.
